ReAI for investors
Looking at Tripletex’s and Fiken’s profit is enough to confirm that the accounting business is very lucrative.
ReAI has bigger ambitions, as we make a system that is not built on the assumption that the system will only be used in one country. Similar to Xero we will be in several countries.
Further we think we can win over both the accountants (Poweroffice’s specialty) and the businesses directly (Fiken’s specialty).
Status around end 2025
Main focus is to get a product that is at least as good as the competitors. The rest is marketing/sales.
As of late 2025 / early 2026 we have:
- ZTL integration - all banks in Norway / the Nordics. For bank reconciliation and payment initiation.
- Skatteetaten integration: VAT, A-melding, tax cards
- Core accounting: Book-keeping, ledgers, projects, invoicing, suppliers, customers etc.
- API and a proper developer platform for apps (both embedded Shopify style and external apps)
- Peppol membership, not relying on third parties, setup AP and SMP
- Salary, expense, travel expense etc.
We already have a few customers that will use the system in 2026, including some companies that are not our own. Biggest for now will be Famme AS.
Plans 2026
- The main priority is to get customers in Norway
- We will in parallell build and accounting office, to make 100% sure we solve the accountants needs properly. And that can only be done by dogfooding our own product. This is a separate company that is not owned by ReAI, so it can be sold separately. This is also a great way to get customers, and take part of the very lucrative accounting office market.
