For mye training new year’s resolution, the results were:

So I was not very far from my goal in some cases. For 2023 I will keep basically the same goals and try to reach them.

with regards to the health goals, I stayed mostly away from candy and I was mostly going early to bed. With regards to cold showering, at the last month of the year, I managed to cold shower almost every day, and I feel I can now do it “everytime I want”, without using much willpower.

I failed at my business and skills goals, except I improved my relative pitch a lot, but not as much as I had hoped to do.

I deleted my Facebook this year, do not miss it for now I guess. Only value with Facebook for me would be marketing.
